Description: Pete Townshend playing the slower version of Baba O'Riley, originally supposed to be on the album "Lifehouse" which evolved into "Who's Next". THIS IS NOT BABA O'RILEY. It's just very similar. There's a link to him playing Baba O'Riley at the same show further down in the description. This concert was performed at Sadler's Wells, February 25/26th, 2000. The whole performance (containing a lot of Lifehouse's songs) can be bought on DVD from his website. Here's some more from that concert: The Song is Over. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4toFxa05IE Bargain. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SR_PJDZXMHM Getting in Tune. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8cDn6f2Nk5M Baba O'Riley. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0J85ydsb_w Relay. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=USRaqAg2QuM |

| jigthedancer ::: Favorites Got to agree with sam999. The Who's music circa 1971 was a complicated affair which ended with the Who's Next album. Baba O'Riley was, I think, originally a synthesiser track which can be found on Pete's Psychoderelict album (I haven't checked this). This song is NOT another version of Baba O'Riley. I'd never heard this song so thanks for posting. 07-09-06 14:16:26 __________________________________________________ | |
| alvin01 ::: Favorites there's other things you can do to feel better about yourself you know. 07-09-05 13:43:09 __________________________________________________ | |
| denniandrew2002 ::: Favorites i may not be accurate in this songs meaning but yes, you can waste your life in a war. hmm, like the iraq war, fighting for corrupt corporations and thinking you're fighting for freedom. thats a waste of brave men and women who are willing to give their lives for others, but when its in the name of business, its a waste. 07-08-29 17:25:30 __________________________________________________ | |
| SgtDeath75 ::: Favorites noo... i don't think so.... and there's no such thing as "wasting" your life in war. 07-08-29 00:56:51 __________________________________________________ | |
