No one aside from my fiancee and family, who have witnessed Oliver Jacob's behavior, believe that my cat can understand English. His little sis, Lily Ann, is also picking up on a few words. They understand "kissy", "up up", and "sit" among other things. They also understand the concept of hide and seek. It's really quite cute. bozackt ::: Favorites BellaDea81, I totally believe Oliver J can understand English. Mr. Kizzy knows a lot of words (and not all of them have to do with food). I think, like dogs, a lot of cats could learn some words if their caretakers would take the time to teach them.
