President Bush is in support of the Law of the Sea Treaty, which would give away our sovereignty. Whether or not Bush has the legal right to engage in military action without authorization of Congress is debatable, although getting Congress to declare the Iranian Gaurd as a terrorist organization may turn out to be all the authorization he needs. __________________________________________________
