Description:

With the introduction of the ninties, comic books moved from the newsstands to the comic book stores. The comic books moved up from using darker heroes to making adult-only comic books. One of the first, and most praised, comics from DC's new Vertigo imprint is The Sandman, which its nineteenth issue won a World Fantasy Award. The comic books become sexual and another most popular character was created by a new publisher Image Comics called Spawn. Graphic Novels saw their introduction and one Batman graphic novel helped get a handgun law into place.

All that meant is I think it's cool how DC has different genres in one universe. If I said I liked how DC had cool superheroes, would it mean that I thought DC was the only publisher with superheroes? And even if I did think DC was the only publisher that could have cool stuff in it, it would just be my personal opinion, I wouldn't need to "save face" any more than I'd need to "save face" about liking ska music but not liking metal.

Apparently you don't know what you wrote. Ergo, your whole rant is rendered null and void. You clearly are the fool and are laughably backpedalling to try and save face. Keep trying, it is amusing. you said and I quote "anything is possible in the DC universe" -nuff said asshole.

No, you just have have trouble understanding what you read. Tell someone at your school about it, I'm sure they can help you out. There's special programs you can take to help with your reading and writing skills. If you work hard, I bet you'll learn how to be articulate in your writing. You won't need to swear for no reason or use internet slang in the place of real worlds. I bet they'll also teach you how to use capitalization.

I know DC characters are superheroes, but that's only one of the many genres DC publishes. As your examples of the various genres Marvel publishes you just used superheroes as an example which wouldn't help your argument, if I thought that Marvel was limited. (Which I don't and never have.)

Look man, I was just saying I liked all the things that could be done in the DC universe, I never once said that you couldn't do cool things in other universes. And even if I did think that Marvel was limited, why would you care? You'd know I was wrong, is it really worth getting pissed off about?

no shit fool. you might as well of said that about charlie brown and lord of the rings...that was my fucking point. look at your first point here. 'they are all superheroes' --what the fuck do you think dc characters are. DUH

Number One: Captain America, Spider-Man and the Silver Surfer are all the same kind of story; they're all superheroes. Number Two: I never mentioned Marvel or any other publisher, I was just saying what I liked about DC. You might as well be whining about how I supposedly think there's limitations to the Charlie Brown universe or the Lord of the Rings universe.

Its so damn annoying that politicians are contantly finding every little thing that deals with "controversial subject matter" and raising hell and high water over it! Video games, comic books, television! Soon i wouldnt be surprised if books, paintings and sculptures are put under trial by these bastards who clearly have waayyy too much time on their hands. BTW i love this documentary. own the DVD. i wish they would do an updated version though
