| BigLon ::: Favorites 2007-11-03 06:56:55 You know, the front of that store next door, reminds me of the Alamo. You DO "Remember the Alamo", don't you. You're suspossed to. __________________________________________________ | |
| BigLon ::: Favorites 2007-11-03 06:54:26 I hope you don't plug off that empty receptacle hole. The rats and mice need this opening to get around. We should always look out for our little furry friends. __________________________________________________ | |
| Featureman ::: Favorites 2007-11-02 18:37:08 I purchased the HUD home at a big savings. The Zillow estimate for the property is $98 K. I got it for less than half that price. A home the same size on a lot behind me sold for $129K recently. The store property is about $100K I think but I have not had a definite price that includes the extra half acre. My HUD home sold for over $80K a year ago. Tennessee. __________________________________________________ | |
| krllyy ::: Favorites 2007-11-02 18:02:34 Tom, I believe you mentioned these properties are in OK (?). What's the asking price on the store/house ? Also, was there much of a savings when you bought your HUD home ?.Thanks.krly __________________________________________________ | |
| Featureman ::: Favorites 2007-11-02 14:03:37 Hi, Thanks for the comment. There actually is a small attic up there. The space was much too hot to get up there until a couple of weeks ago. I will climb up there, maybe next week to survey everything. The electrician was up there once for a look but it was too hot to work. It was over 100 for about two months here. __________________________________________________ | |
| abcmole ::: Favorites 2007-11-02 13:40:32 Why not cut a hole in the old ceiling and make a small attic. It would help provide access to the electrical too, right? Do you know why they changed zoning on the business? __________________________________________________ | |
| petrieds10 ::: Favorites 2007-11-02 13:24:01 Looks pretty good. I'd hold off buying that store, that acre would be nice but im not too sure about the building. __________________________________________________ | |
