My instructor insisted that if we were going to do a break for demonstration purposes, there couldn't be any spacers. Definitely makes it harder. Especially when it's on fire. But when I did it, it wasn't a martial arts demonstration, but a demonstration of a physics principle. :) Anyhoo...good video. __________________________________________________ | |

Board breaking etc has its place, not something I've ever attempted as I haven't studied the "genre" in any great detail, (Krav Maga / JKD), and it's nice to see someone dispelling myths and educating the uninformed.
