| 1obsolete ::: Favorites 2007-05-21 19:45:04 hey why is everyone jumping on arthur, he looked after her when she was ill not any of !! anyway marylyn was emotionally ill that cant be denied and looking after somone who is mentally dependent is one of the hardest things somone may have do. __________________________________________________ | |
| RobsiejB ::: Favorites 2007-05-03 14:18:09 That's true. __________________________________________________ | |
| defundthewar ::: Favorites 2007-05-03 14:13:31 The whole world is a respected Marilyn community; people love her. It's Miller I have a major problem with. Confidential is hardly the only book to show him as a snob and an opportunist. __________________________________________________ | |
| RobsiejB ::: Favorites 2007-05-03 07:52:21 Pepitone lied alot about Marilyn, and those things are in that book. I belong to a very respected Marilyn comunity, and they all think that Marilyn Confidential, is crap, and waste of your money. __________________________________________________ | |
| defundthewar ::: Favorites 2007-05-02 19:56:21 Bill Stadiem, a Harvard-trained lawyer turned author, wrote it. It's an as-told-to book, like Stadiem's last which I read, the story of Strom Thurmond's black daughter, Essie Mae. Stadiem captures the essence of his subjects. Pepitone was hardly the only one to notice Miller's self-aggrandizement and arrogance. Do I want to believe Pepitone's story? No. Do I believe it? Yes. __________________________________________________ | |
| RobsiejB ::: Favorites 2007-05-02 18:39:12 Lena Pepitone's book is crap. Her excuse for it all was 'But I didn't wrote it.' The book is full of rumours, and lies. You shouldn't believe it really. __________________________________________________ | |
| defundthewar ::: Favorites 2007-04-26 19:52:02 If you believe the book written by Monroe's personal maid, Lena Pepitone, and I do... Miller was an absolute snob and self-worshipping a-hole who wouldn't give Marilyn the time of day once they were married, to the point of locking himself in his private room all day without speaking to Marilyn. If he thought she was an idiot, why marry her, unless it was for self-promotion? __________________________________________________ | |
